Refunds
If you paid and the eulogy was not usable, email us within 30 days and we refund it. We do not ask you to justify it. Nobody should have to argue about a receipt in the week of a funeral.
No subscription
Everything above is a single charge. There is nothing to cancel, and nothing that renews. A memorial page stays up as long as we do, at no further cost.
Buying them separately
The two are separate products and neither needs the other. You can make a memorial page on its own without having a eulogy written at all, and you can add one to a eulogy at any time - at checkout, or afterwards from your dashboard. Buying both at once is $39, which is the same as buying them one at a time.
A memorial page bought on its own carries the photographs, the obituary, the service details and the guestbook. It does not carry a eulogy, because that is the other product - here is a worked example of a page with both.
